Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar & Local Exploration

Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your sightseeing tour of Srinagar with a visit to the beautiful Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari Mahal, and Chashme Shahi. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Day Trip to Gulmarg (Approx. 50 km – 2 to 3 hours)

Following breakfast, head out for a scenic drive to Gulmarg, known for its world-class ski slopes and the highest golf course (18 holes) in the world. You can opt to ride the famous Gulmarg Gondola (Asia’s highest cable car) to Apharwat Peak (at an additional cost). Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

Day Trip to Sonamarg (Approx. 80 km – 2 to 3 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg—popular as a gateway to Himalayan treks and high-altitude lakes. You can explore Thajiwas Glacier by pony or horse ride (at personal expense). Later, drive back to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Srinagar to Pahalgam (Approx. 90 km – 2 to 3 hours)

Post breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam. En route, visit saffron fields, apple orchards, and a local bat manufacturing unit. Once in Pahalgam, you can explore Aru Valley, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley via a local taxi (at an extra cost). Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Pahalgam to Srinagar (Approx. 90 km – 2 to 3 hours)

After a leisurely breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. On the way, stop to explore the ancient Martand Sun Temple, Awantipora temple ruins, and the revered Shankaracharya Temple. Later, enjoy a relaxing shikara ride on the Dal Lake before checking in to a traditional houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6

Srinagar Local Tour & Departure

Enjoy breakfast and spend time on personal activities like shopping or visiting popular sites such as Jamia Masjid, Hazratbal Shrine, Badamwari Garden, and Hari Parbat Fort (time permitting). Afterward, you’ll be transferred to the Srinagar airport at least two hours before your flight departure.
